Service Care Plans
RIPEP uses a family driven, youth guided, culturally and linguistically-sensitive team approach called wraparound.  The wraparound process brings together those people involved in a family’s life to work together toward common goals.  Together we look at the strengths and needs of the child and family and develop an individualized service plan to meet the unique goals of the child and family.
