Family Care Community Partnership Initiative
The Rhode Island Family Care Community Partnership Initiative (FCCP), is a statewide system of care initiative, of the Department of Childen, Youth and Families. This Initiative helps and supports families of children and youth who at risk for child welfare involvement;  who have serious emotional disturbance (SED); and who are in the Rhode Island Training School.

The FCCP serves as the lead behavioral health partners in the implementation of the RIPEP federal grant initiative.

The FCCP utilizes Family Service Care Coordinators and Family Support Partners who implement a high fideity wraparound process in developing an individualized child & family care plan to strengthen the family and prevent children and youth from going into out of home placement. There are four regional FCCP networks and each are in the process of establishing Family Care Advisory Boards, which support integrated community planning and quality assurance at the local level.
