The Rhode Island Positive Educational Partnership (RIPEP) is a six year system of care grant initiative funded by the Center for Mental Health Services (CMHS) and the Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) and is administered by the Rhode Island Department of Children, Youth and Families (DCYF).

Vision
Children birth to age eleven  will reach their full potential through partnership with family, school and communities within positive and nurturing educational environments that embrace their strengths, diversity, and respond to their individual needs.

Mission
To establish a sustainable family and youth driven, culturally and linguistically competent integrated system of behavioral health care, early care, and education that will support all children with serious emotional challenges from birth to age eleven and their families.
